BG 81/2022, Soft Landings for Fit-Outs, written by Kieran Everett and James Gall and published by BSRIA in June 2022, defines as-built data as: ‘The information provided for the operation and maintenance manual that should reflect the actual items installed in the actual positions that they were installed in. This should be an accurate reflection of everything installed in the space.’
